When CRN announced its 2021 Women of the Channel, we were proud to see Diane Arnold among the honorees.
Diane is Managing Director of LRS IT Solutions, which means she’s our top executive.
Each year, CRN recognizes the unique strengths, vision and achievements of female leaders from all over the IT channel, including vendors, distributors and solution providers. CRN is a brand of The Channel Company, which issued a statement with this year’s list.

The women honored on this year's list pushed forward with comprehensive business plans, marketing initiatives and innovative ideas to support their partners and customers through the uncertainty brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Diane focused on keeping the IT Solutions team in touch with a weekly “all in” call that gave everyone the opportunity to share news and get the support from others in the group.
“Our team members have struggled with COVID and loss of family, as well as with the stress of a spouse losing a job, as well as babies and marriage, so there has been a lot to balance over the last year,” Diane said.
